大倾角综采工作面智能型刮板输送机的研究与应用

摘　　要：大倾角三软煤层采煤工作面智能型刮板包括输送机机尾、底座和机尾架。机尾架安装在底座的上端,和底座通过焊接固定连接,同时在刮板输送机的机尾架上加装一个机尾护罩,保证机尾护罩能够护住刮板机机尾架左半段上端和前端位置。机尾护罩由下盖板、上盖板和固定盖板3个部分组成,机尾护罩上下盖板及上盖板与固定盖板之间均通过合页相互连接,机尾护罩可以在迎头出煤时打开、在停运时随手关闭。机尾护罩操作简单、安全可靠,能够防止机尾架前端出煤时因为没有阻挡装置而造成煤渣倾泻到施工人员身上的情况发生,进而提高刮板输送机整机性能,降低操作人员劳动强度,有效确保施工人员的安全,同时还能节省人力,提高工作效率。The intelligent scraper of the coal mining face in the three soft coal seams with a large dip angle includes the tail of the conveyor,the base,and the tail frame.The tail frame is installed at the upper end of the base and is fixedly connected to the base through welding.At the same time,a tail cover is installed on the tail frame of the scraper conveyor to ensure that the tail cover can protect the upper end and front end of the left half of the scraper tail frame.The tail cover consists of three parts:a lower cover plate,an upper cover plate,and a fixed cover plate.The upper and lower cover plates of the tail cover plate,as well as the upper cover plate and the fixed cover plate,are connected to each other through hinges.The tail cover plate can be opened when coal is discharged from the front and closed easily when the machine is stopped.The tail guard is easy to operate,safe and reliable,and can prevent coal slag from pouring onto construction personnel due to the lack of blocking devices when coal is discharged from the front end of the tail frame.This improves the overall performance of the scraper conveyor,reduces the labor intensity of operators,effectively ensures the safety of construction personnel,and also saves manpower and improves work efficiency.
