摘 要:在煤矿井下开采中,积极完善供电网络,保证井下电气安全具有积极影响。结合部分煤矿的高压电网防越级跳闸保护系统来看,在保护功能尚待完善的情况下,需要进行保护系统的优化设计。为此,结合A煤矿的井下开采作业,先提出引发越级跳闸的因素,然后从保护系统出发,基于数字式光纤电流纵联差动技术,分析整体的防越级跳闸方案,并从主要硬件结构、软件运行部分、运维管理等方面进行优化设计。最后,通过对保护系统进行试验,得出供电系统的防越级跳闸能力显著提高。Actively improving the power supply network and ensuring electrical safety underground in coal mining has a positive impact.Based on the high voltage power grid trip protection system of some coal mines,it is necessary to optimize the design of the protection system while the protection function needs to be improved.To this end,based on the underground mining operation of A Coal Mine,the factors that cause override trip were first proposed.Then,starting from the protection system,the overall antioverride trip scheme was analyzed based on digital fiber optic current longitudinal differential technology,and optimized design was carried out from the aspects of main hardware structure,software operation,and operation and maintenance management.Finally,through testing of the protection system,it was found that the power supply system's ability to prevent override trip has significantly improved.
