摘　　要：设计了基于PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器)的洗煤设备监控系统,以提高煤矿洗煤过程的效率。首先,对PLC在工业自动化中的重要性进行了调研,强调了现有监控系统的局限性;然后,探讨了系统的总体架构和设计,包括硬件和软件的组成,阐述了PLC编程和控制策略的设计,以实现洗煤设备的自动化控制;最后,详细介绍了传感器类型和数据采集过程,以及强调了用户界面和数据可视化的设计方案,为提高洗煤过程的自动化水平和监控能力提供了坚实的基础,对煤炭行业的发展具有积极影响。A coal washing equipment monitoring system based on PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)was designed to improve the efficiency of coal washing process in coal mines.Firstly,a survey was conducted on the importance of PLC in industrial automation,emphasizing the limitations of existing monitoring systems.Then,the overall architecture and design of the system were discussed,including the composition of hardware and software,and the design of PLC programming and control strategies were elaborated to achieve automated control of coal washing equipment.Finally,the sensor types and data acquisition process were introduced in detail,and the design scheme for user interface and data visualization was emphasized.The research provided a solid foundation for improving the automation level and monitoring capability of the coal washing process,and had a positive impact on the development of the coal industry.
