摘　　要：近年,移动互联网产业发展迅猛,专利成果产出日益丰富,对于专利的有效运用和转化需求较为迫切,亟需专利价值评估环节的保驾护航。本文基于移动互联网产业的知识产权数量和运营特点,深入分析国内外专利价值评估体系的优劣势。利用机器学习方法构建了适应中国移动互联网产业发展需求的专利价值评估模型,并通过抽样方式进行实证分析,验证了该模型的有效性,在专利价值评估体系的完善和创新方面提出了新探索。In recent years,with the rapid development of the mobile internet industry,the number of patent achievements has been increasing significantly,necessitating effective operation and transformation of these patents.Against this backdrop,patent value evaluation has become a crucial preliminary step.This article conducts a detailed analysis of the quantity and operational characteristics of intellectual property in the mobile internet industry.It delves into both domestic and international patent value evaluation systems.Based on this,a patent value evaluation model suitable for the characteristics of China’s mobile internet industry has been developed.Using a sampling method,this model is empirically analyzed to verify its effectiveness.The article also proposes new explorations in the improvement and innovation of the patent value assessment system.
