我国专利诉讼研究的现状与趋势知识图谱——基于中国知网2000—2023年CSSCI论文的文献计量分析

摘　　要：为了深入分析我国专利诉讼研究的发展历程和演变趋势,本文以中国知网数据库中2000—2023年间与专利诉讼的有关的294篇CSSCI期刊文献为数据来源与研究对象,借助CiteSpace与KH Coder可视化软件采用文献计量分析法,分析国内专利诉讼研究的演进趋势、研究热点以及发展趋势等。计量分析结果发现:国内专利诉讼研究可大致划分为3个阶段,由起步期逐渐过渡到进一步发展期,研究热度总体上呈现上升态势;热点方面主要以专利诉讼、专利质量、核心专利、专利战略四大主题为核心,辐射其他各类主题,研究视角呈现多样化。进而提出专利诉讼行为本身及其相关研究适于我国的展望:提升专利质量、加强国际合作、培育跨领域专利诉讼人才、开展跨学科融合研究以及实施案例与数据驱动战略等。In order to deeply analyze the development process and evolution trend of patent litigation research in China,this paper takes 294 CSSCI journal literatures related to patent litigation in CNKI database from 2000 to 2023 as data sources and research objects,and adopts bibliometric analysis method with CiteSpace and KH Coder visualization software.This paper analyzes the evolution trend,research hotspot and development trend of patent litigation research in China.The results of the econometric analysis show that:the domestic patent litigation research can be roughly divided into three stages,from the initial stage to the further development stage,and the research heat shows a rising trend in general;In terms of hot topics,patent litigation,patent quality,core patents,and patent strategy are the core topics,radiating to other topics,and the research perspective is diversified.Then,it puts forward the prospect that patent litigation itself and its related research are suitable for China:improving patent quality,strengthening international cooperation,cultivating cross-field patent litigation talents,carrying out interdisciplinary integration research,and implementing case and data-driven strategy.
