摘　　要：近年来,短视频逐渐兴起,已成为一种流行的互联网内容传播形式,深受大众喜爱。移动设备端如智能手机、平板的普及,将短视频平台带入了一个新阶段。随着越来越多的短视频平台出现,行业竞争也日益激烈。短视频平台为了脱颖而出,可将数字媒体技术有效运用到短视频创作中。基于此,文章阐述了数字媒体技术与短视频创作的现状,介绍了数字媒体技术的应用价值,并探索了基于数字媒体技术的短视频创作构思和方法,以望为相关工作者提供参考。In recent years,short videos have gradually emerged and have become a popular form of Internet content dissemination,loved by the public.The popularization of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets has brought short video platforms into a new stage.With the emergence of more and more short video platforms,the competition in the industry has become increasingly fierce.In order to stand out,short video platforms can effectively apply digital media technology to short video creation.Based on this,the article describes the current situation of digital media technology and short video creation,introduces the value of the application of digital media technology,and explores the conception and methods of short video creation based on digital media technology,in the hope of providing reference for related workers.
