摘　　要：针对市政工程项目的复杂过程设计、低效管理、沟通协作不畅等不可控因素影响,本文提出了一种基于建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技术的市政项目管理平台设计方案,通过项目实施需求,构建市政基础设施模型,并利用BIM技术获取融合场景信息的基本数据,形成了市政工程施工、资源、周期、质量等数据库。同时,将数据远程/本地传输至平台,搭建一体化管理系统,提高了市政工程项目效率,实现了工程共享信息间可靠的传递链条。Aiming at the influence of uncontrollable factors such as complex process design,inefficient management,and poor communication and collaboration of municipal engineering projects,this paper proposes a design scheme of municipal project management platform based on building information modeling(BIM)technology,which constructs a municipal infrastructure model through the requirements of project implementation and utilizes BIM technology to obtain the the basic data integrating the scene information,and formed the database of municipal project construction,resources,cycle,quality and so on.At the same time,the data are transmitted to the platform remotely/locally to build an integrated management system,which improves the efficiency of the municipal engineering project and realizes a reliable chain of transmission between the shared information of the project.
