摘　　要：工程咨询服务是针对建设项目全生命周期提供的组织、管理、经济和技术等各有关方面的综合性工程咨询服务。该模式取代了传统的代建、监理独立招标、独立管理的工作方式,为业主提供了一站式的服务,从而实现对基建项目的全面管理和协调。本文旨在探讨全过程工程咨询服务在医院基本建设项目中的应用,建议咨询单位结合医院发展规划明确项目管理目标、提高项目立项报批效率、强化团队建设与人才培养,为医院基本建设项目开展全过程工程咨询服务提供参考。Engineering consulting is a comprehensive engineering consulting service provided for the whole life cycle of a construction project in all relevant aspects such as organization,management,economy and technology.This model replaces the traditional work mode of independent bidding and independent management of agency construction and supervision,and provides one-stop service for the owner,thus realizing the comprehensive management and coordination of the infrastructure project.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of whole-process engineering consulting in hospital capital construction projects,suggesting that the consulting unit combined with the hospital's development plan to clarify the project management objectives,improve the efficiency of project approval,strengthen the team building and talent training,and provide reference for the whole-process of engineering consulting for hospital capital construction projects.
