摘　　要：医疗服务价格调整是深化医药服务供给侧改革的重要手段,科学合理的医疗服务价格是反映医务人员劳动价值、促使公立医院回归公益性的重要保障。由于我国历史的局限以及医疗服务价格改革具有难、繁、重等特点,当前医疗服务价格仍存在诸多问题亟待解决。DRG支付方式改革的全面推进为医疗服务价格改革路径探索提供了新的契机。文章通过对J市医疗服务价格改革历程回顾和现状分析,以及对DRG支付政策与医疗服务价格改革协同关系研究,从改革联动、成本核算、信息赋能等方面提出医疗服务价格结构调整路径,以期能为我国的医疗服务价格改革提供参考。Medical service price adjustment is an important means to deepen the supply-side reform of medical services,and scientific and reasonable medical service price is an important guarantee to reflect the labor value of medical personnel and prompt public hospitals to return to public welfare.Due to the limitations of China's history and the difficult,complicated and heavy characteristics of medical service price reform,there are still many problems to be solved in the current medical service price,and the comprehensive advancement of the DRG payment reform has provided a new opportunity for the exploration of the path of medical service price reform.By reviewing the history and analyzing the current situation of medical service price reform in J city,as well as studying the synergistic relationship between DRG payment policy and medical service price reform,the article proposes a path of medical service price restructuring from the aspects of reform linkage,cost accounting,and information empowerment,so as to provide a reference for the medical service price reform in China.
