“质量安全十字架”在医疗设备技术保障工作中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的运用管理工具与方法提高医疗装备管理部门在技术保障工作中的效率与质量。方法以“质量安全十字架”这一管理工具,提出“3R2E”维修扳手图表,用于评估工程师技术保障工作的效率与质量,利用同时以鱼骨图针对维修工作中出现的问题进行讨论与改进。结果在设备维修效率方面,当日完成维修并送还临床科室的设备数量占比增加、三日内及三日以上完成维修并送还临床科室的设备数量占比减少。在设备维修质量方面,设备完成维修后两周内返修数量占比减少。结论通过应用现代化管理理念与工具,医疗装备管理部门提高了工程技术保障工作的效率与质量,保证了设备在临床诊疗工作中的安全使用。Objective To improve the efficiency and quality of medical equipment management department's technical support work by utilizing management tools and methods.Methods Using the"Quality and Safety Cross"as a management tool,the"3R2E"maintenance wrench chart was proposed to evaluate the efficiency and quality of engineers'technical support work,and the fishbone diagram was used to discuss and improve the problems that occurred in maintenance work.Results In terms of the efficiency of equipment maintenance,the number of equipment maintenance completed and returned to the clinical departments on the same day increased,while the number of equipment maintenance completed and returned to the clinical departments within three days and more than three days decreased.In terms of the quality of equipment repair,the number of equipment returned for maintenance within two weeks after completion of maintenance decreased.Conclusion Through the application of modern management concepts and tools,the medical equipment management department has improved the efficiency and quality of engineering and technical support work and ensured the safe use of equipment in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
