摘　　要：为有效发挥公立医院内部审计在后勤维保项目采购拦标价核定中的作用和效能,节约后勤维保项目招标采购资金,全面提升项目内控管理水平,文章提出基于管理模式进行采购需求核定、基于价格形成机制进行采购拦标价核定、基于法律制度进行采购方式核定的整体思路框架,以推进医院后勤科学化、精细化管理,助力医院高质量发展。In order to effectively play the role and effectiveness of internal audit of public hospitals in the procurement of logistics and maintenance project bid price approval,save the procurement funds of logistics and maintenance project bidding,and comprehensively improve the internal control management level of the project,this paper puts forward an overall framework of ideas for the approval of procurement requirements based on the management model,the approval of procurement block bid prices based on the price formation mechanism,and the approval of procurement methods based on the legal system,in order to promote the scientific and refined management of hospital logistics and help hospital's high-quality development.
