摘  要:目的运用六西格玛管理方法以提高术中冰冻制片效率,可缩短手术时间,降低手术风险,减少医院能耗,提升患者满意度,医院经济和社会效益均有所提高。方法运用六西格玛管理工具中的DMAIC(定义、测量、分析、改进和控制5个步骤),对术中快速冷冻切片完成时间进行分析,找出主要影响因素,进行有针对性的改进。结果改进后,术中快速冷冻切片报告及时率从90%升至95%。结论六西格玛管理方法能有效提高冰冻及时率,使冰冻流程优化,实现医院和患者双赢。Objective The application of Six Sigma management method to improve the efficiency of intraoperative frozen sectioning can shorten the operation time,reduce the risk of surgery,reduce hospital energy consumption,improve patient satisfaction,and improve the economic and social benefits of the hospital.Methods Using the five steps of DMAIC(define,measure,analyze,improve and control)in the Six Sigma management tool,the completion time of intraoperative rapid frozen section was analyzed to find out the main influencing factors and carry out targeted improvement.Results After the improvement,the timely reporting rate of intraoperative rapid frozen section increased from 90%to 95%.Conclusion Six Sigma management can effectively improve the timeliness of freezing,optimize the freezing process,and achieve a win-win situation for both hospitals and patients.
