摘  要:使用1800℃的高温HIP,研究了纯钨、钨镧、TZM和MHC等材料的微观组织和力学性能。试验发现:经过HIP1800处理后,钨镧合金的晶粒未发生明显变化,硬度高于纯钨;去应力状态的TZM和MHC钼合金性能差异在经过HIP1800后得到了消除,具有相似的显微组织和室温力学性能。Tungsten,molybdenum,and their alloys have high melting points and excellent high-temperature properties,and are widely used in various high-temperature environments.Hot isostatic pressing(HIP)can make the billet more denser and improve mechanical properties.The microstructure and mechanical properties of pure tungsten,tungsten lanthanum,TZM,and MHC materials were analyzed by using high-temperature HIP at 1800℃.The experiment found that after HIP1800 treatment,the grain size of tungsten lanthanum alloy did not change significantly,and the hardness was higher than that of pure tungsten;the difference in performance between TZM and MHC molybdenum alloys in stress relieved state was eliminated after HIP1800,and they had similar microstructure and room temperature mechanical properties.
