摘 要:采用红外光谱、低温N_(2)吸附-脱附方法对3种A型分子筛进行了表征,考察了3种A型分子筛吸附脱除模拟柴油中吡啶的性能,并进行了动力学研究。结果表明:在模拟柴油用量15 m L的条件下,3种A型分子筛吸附脱除模拟柴油中吡啶的最佳吸附剂用量均为1.03 g,最佳吸附温度为50℃,最佳吸附时间为40 min;3种A型分子筛吸附脱除苯胺的性能均强于吸附脱除吡啶的性能,3种A型分子筛吸附苯胺和吡啶均符合准一级动力学方程。再生实验结果表明:焙烧再生优于醇洗再生;吸附吡啶的3种A型分子筛的再生率均高于吸附苯胺的分子筛。Three A-type molecular sieves were characterized by FT-IR,N_(2) adsorption-desorption.The adsorption denitrification and kinetics of three A-type molecular sieves for the removal of aniline or pyridine from model diesel oil were studied.The results showed that under the conditions of simulated fuel consumption of 15 mL,the optimal adsorbents for the removal of aniline and pyri-dine from simulated diesel was 1.03 g,optimum adsorption temperature was 50 C and optimum adsorption time was 40 min.The adsorption performance of pyridine by three A-type molecular sieve was stronger than that of aniline.The adsorption of aniline and pyridine conformed to the quasi-first-order kinetic equation.The regeneration effect of roasting was better than that of alcohol wash-ing,and the regeneration effect of three A-type molecular sieves after adsorption of pyridine was better than that of aniline.
