摘  要:生物质碱热处理(ATT)制氢技术具有工艺简单、条件温和的特点,是一种高效的热化学制氢技术。本文采用ATT、催化蒸汽重整与碱吸收的联合工艺实现真实生物质向高纯H_(2)的直接转化,重点探究真实生物质类型以及三组分(纤维素、半纤维素和木质素)相互作用对ATT过程和联合工艺制氢效果的影响。结果表明:真实生物质ATT制H_(2)产量与三组分的含量有关,通过ATT联合工艺制备了高产量和高纯度的H_(2)(>99.9%),该工艺对于不同的真实生物质具有普适性。真实生物质中的木质素软化熔融会阻碍纤维素和半纤维素转化为焦炭,纤维素和半纤维素生成的活性炭会促进木质素衍生炭的碱化反应,从而影响ATT过程中H_(2)和CH_(4)的生成速率峰值和峰值温度,而三组分之间的相互作用对真实生物质ATT及其联合工艺中H_(2)和CH_(4)的产量影响较小。H_(2) produced from alkaline thermal treatment(ATT)of biomass has the characteristics of a simple process and mild condi-tions,which is an efficient thermal-chemical technology for H_(2)production.In this study,ATT cascade catalytic steam reforming and alkali absorption process were applied to achieve the direct conversion of real biomass to high-purity H_(2),focusing on the influence of real biomass types and the interaction of three components(cellulose hemicellulose,and lignin)on the effect of H_(2) production for ATT and cascade processes.The results showed that the H_(2) production for ATT of real biomass is associated with the contents of three components,and high production and purity(>99.9%)of H_(2)can be obtained via ATT cascade processes,which shows univer-sal for different real biomass.The molten lignin in real biomass will prevent the conversion of cellulose and hemicellulose to char,and the activated char generated by cellulose and hemicellulose will promote the alkalinization reaction of lignin-derived char,thus affecting the peak formation rate and temperature of H_(2)and CH_(4) during the ATT process.However,the interaction among the three components has litle influence on the production of H_(2)and CH_(4) during the ATT and cascade process of real biomass.
