摘 要:吸热型碳氢燃料在高超音速飞行器领域引起了极大的关注,然而吸热型碳氢燃料由于溶解氧的存在,在433K至723K范围内会发生自氧化反应,产生氧化沉积,导致传热效率降低,甚至堵塞管道。本文中,为了降低RP-3中溶解氧含量,通过铜离子和希夫碱配位制备了具有羟基辅助催化功能的非均相催化剂。研究发现,非均相催化剂在去除溶解氧方面具有较高的催化性能,能够利用还原剂水合肼在短时间内将RP-3中的溶解氧含量降低到1ppm以下,催化效率可达95%以上。本文工作指出了一种全新的策略,用于吸热型碳氢燃料中溶解氧去除,从而达到抑制其氧化结焦的目的。Endothermic hydrocarbon fuels are of great interest in the field of hypersonic vehicles.However,due to the presence of dissolved oxygen,endothermic hydrocarbon fuels undergo autooxidation reactions in the range of 433 K to 723 K,resulting in oxida-tive deposition,resulting in reduced heat transfer efficiency and even clogging of pipelines.In this paper,in order to reduce the oxi-dative deposition caused by dissolved oxygen concentration,a heterogeneous catalyst with hydroxyl assisted catalytic function was prepared by coordinating copper ions and Schif bases.It was found that the heterogeneous catalyst had high catalytic performance in the removal of dissolved oxygen,and the concentration of dissolved oxygen in RP-3 could be reduced to less than 1 ppm in a short period of time by using hydrazine hydrate,and the catalytic efficiency could reach more than 95%.In this paper,we point out a no-vel strategy for the removal of dissolved oxygen from endothermic hydrocarbon fuels,thereby inhibiting their oxidative coking.
