摘  要:针对手性农药广泛使用、手性安全日益关注的现实问题,基于手性固定相-GC-MS构建抑霉唑光学纯度的快速分析方法。应用经过改性的二甲基硅基-β-环糊精CYCLOSIL-B手性色谱柱,基于气相色谱-质谱联用技术,对手性农药抑霉唑进行了对映异构体的分析,且在15.625~500μg·mL^(-1)的线性范围良好。同时用小鼠血浆初步验证了抑霉唑的血浆蛋白结合率实验,结果表明,其对映异构体的血浆蛋白结合率有所不同,分别为76.02%和81.41%,在生物体内存在的立体选择性差异。对抑霉唑提供了一种快速、高效、简便的光学纯度的分析方法,为农药的高效利用及手性安全提供了一定条件。In response to the widespread use of chiral pesticides and increasing concerns about chiral safety,a rapid analysis method for the optical purity of imidazole based on chiral stationary phase GC-MS was constructed.A modified dimethylsilyl-β-cyclodextrin CYCLOSIL-B chiral column was used for the enantiomer separation of the chiral pesticide clotrimazole based on gas chromatogra-phy-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the linear curves for the quantification of the enantiomers of imidazole in the range of 15.625~500μg·mL-were obtained.Experiments on the binding rate of clotrimazole to plasma proteins were also carried out using mouse plasma.The results indicated that the binding rates of the chiral isomers to plasma proteins were slightly different,76.02%and 81.41%,respectively,so,the differences in stereoselectivity that existed within organisms were significant.A fast,efficient,and simple optical purity analysis method for imidazole was provided,which provided certain conditions for the efficient utilization and chiral safety of pesticides.
