摘  要:在当今竞争激烈的商业环境中,企业技能人才的培养和发展成为各行各业关注的焦点之一.技能人才不仅是企业的核心竞争力,也是推动企业持续发展和创新的关键力量.为了更好地激发技能人才的潜力,做好企业技能人才培养工作,越来越多的企业开始实施技能人才自主评价政策,推行“新八级工”,鼓励员工参与企业职业技能等级认定,提升个人工作能力和职业素养.基于此,文章探讨了企业应用职业技能等级认定制度实施技能人才自主评价的重要性、存在的主要问题以及强化自主评价政策的有效策略.通过对当前政策的分析和建议,旨在提升企业对技能人才的认可度和管理水平,推动企业发展与员工成长的良性互动.In today's competitive business environment,the training and development of enterprise skills personnel has become one of the focus of all walks of life.Skilled personnel are not only the core competitiveness of enterprises,but also the key force to promote the sustainable development and innovation of enterprises.In order to better stimulate the potential and play of skilled talents,and do a good job in the training and use of enterprise skilled talents,more and more enterprises begin to implement the policy of independent evaluation of skilled talents,implement the“new eight-level workers”,encourage employees to participate in the identification of enterprise vocational skill level,and improve their personal working ability and professional quality.Based on this,this paper discusses the importance of applying the independent evaluation of skilled talents and the effective strategy of strengthening the independent evaluation policy.Through the analysis and suggestions of current policies,the company aims to improve the recognition and management level of skilled personnel,and promote the benign interaction between enterprise development and the growth of employees.
