失业保险制度促进再就业的建议探讨

摘　　要：为解决失业问题,促进再就业,国家政府部门出台了多项政策文件来稳定当前的就业局面.然而,失业保险制度促进再就业中仍然存在问题.文章首先对失业保险制度的发展过程进行了简单说明;其次结合地方实际阐述了失业保险制度的实施现状,具体包括参保覆盖、失业保险金给付、失业保险基金收支、再就业服务等内容;再次从覆盖范围、失业基金征缴、给付水平、资金管理、预防失业等方面出发指出存在的问题;最后根据存在问题提出了几点建议.In order to solve the problem of unemployment and promote reemployment,the national government departments have issued a number of policy documents to stabilize the current employment situation.However,there are still problems in promoting the reemployment of the unemployment insurance system.This paper briefly explains the development process of unemployment insurance system,then describes the implementation status of unemployment insurance system,including insurance coverage,unemployment insurance benefits,unemployment insurance fund payment,and reemployment services;again from the coverage,unemployment fund collection,payment level,fund management,unemployment prevention,etc.
