摘  要:为深入探讨预应力混凝土连续梁桥悬臂现浇施工技术的全过程,提升施工效率、保证施工质量与安全,本文采用理论分析与试验验证相结合的方法,通过查阅文献和现场调研,明确施工流程中的要点与难点,结合具体工程案例,进行临时固结布设施工,确保施工结构稳定;采用挂篮作为核心施工平台进行混凝土浇筑作业,确保浇筑质量;根据实际施工条件,灵活调整合龙段施工工艺流程。在施工过程中,对施工地基进行静载试验,以评估施工桥梁悬臂的承载能力和变形特性,试验结果表明,施工桥梁悬臂变形模量最大为3642MPa,符合设计要求,能满足现代桥梁建设的需求。To further explore the entire process of cantilever cast-in-place construction technology for prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges,improve construction efficiency,ensure construction quality and safety,this article adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and experimental verification.By reviewing literature and conducting on-site research,clarify the key points and difficulties in the construction process.Combined with specific engineering cases,temporary consolidation layout construction is carried out to ensure the stability of the construction structure;using a hanging basket as the core construction platform for concrete pouring operations to ensure pouring quality;flexibly adjust the construction process of the closure section based on actual construction conditions.During the construction process,static load tests were conducted on the construction foundation to evaluate the bearing capacity and deformation characteristics of the construction bridge cantilever.The test results show that the maximum deformation modulus of the construction bridge cantilever is 3642 MPa,which meets the design requirements and can meet the needs of modern bridge construction.
