摘 要:通过向水泥基材料中掺入核桃壳粉,研究核桃壳粉在不同掺量下对水泥净浆流动度及其抗压强度的影响,然后掺入3种无机盐对核桃壳粉进行改性,研究改性后核桃壳粉的掺入对水泥基材料流动度及其抗压强度的影响。结果表明:掺入核桃壳粉会导致水泥净浆流动度及其抗压强度的下降,对水泥砂浆的抗压强度影响很小;使用硫酸铁改性的核桃壳粉,能够有效降低其对水泥基材料流动度和抗压强度所造成的不利影响;经过改性处理的核桃壳粉可以在一定程度上替代水泥的使用,从而实现水泥基材料的低碳化发展。In this paper,by adding walnut shell powder to cement-based materials,the effects of walnut shell powder on the fluidity and compressive strength of cement slurry at different dosage were discussed.Then three kinds of inorganic salts were added to modify the walnut shell powder,and the effects of the incorporation of modified walnut shell powder on the fluidity and compressive strength of cement-based materials were studied.The results show that the fluidity and compressive strength of cement mortar will be decreased by adding walnut shell powder,and the compressive strength of cement mortar will be little affected.The use of iron sulfate modified walnut shell powder can effectively reduce its adverse effects on the fluidity and compressive strength of cement-based materials.The walnut shell powder after this modification treatment can replace the use of cement to a certain extent,so as to achieve the low-carbon development of cement-based materials.
