摘 要:研究了引气剂、保水剂、稳泡剂和超缓释剂对湿拌砂浆工作性能的影响,试验结果表明:引气剂掺量超过饱和点后对湿拌砂浆的24 h工作性能影响较小,同时引气剂种类会显著影响湿拌砂浆的初始及24 h工作性能;保水剂仅影响湿拌砂浆的分层度和保水率;稳泡剂掺量超过0.5%时,显著改善了湿拌砂浆的24 h工作性能,当稳泡剂掺量为0.9%时,湿拌砂浆的24 h稠度损失率仅7.8%;随着超缓释剂掺量的增加,湿拌砂浆的24 h工作性能不断增加,当其掺量达到2.5%时,湿拌砂浆的各项24 h指标均与初始相当。This paper studies the influence of air-entraining agent,water-retaining agent,foam stabilizer and ultraslow release agent on the working performance of wet-mixed mortar.The results show that the amount of airentraining agent exceeds the saturation point,it has little effect on the 24 h working performance of wet-mixed mortar,and the type of air entraining agent significantly affects the initial and 24 h working performance of wetmixed mortar.Water-retaining agent only affects the stratification degree and water retention rate of wet mixed mortar.When the amount of foam stabilizer is more than 0.5%,the 24 h working performance of wet-mixed mortar is significantly improved,and the amount reaches 0.9%,the 24 h consistency loss rate of wet-mixed mortar is only 7.8%.With the increase of the dosage of ultra-slow release agent,the 24 h working performance of wet-mixed mortar increases continuously,and the dosage reaches 2.5%,the 24 h working performance indicators of wet mixed mortar are equivalent to the initial ones.
