摘 要:磷石膏作为大宗工业固体废弃物,其资源化利用一直受到广泛的关注。本文探究了不同掺量灰钙对磷石膏抹灰砂浆工作性能和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:磷石膏抹灰砂浆的需水量、涂布率总体随着灰钙掺量的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,而抗压强度和保水率则随着灰钙掺量的增加呈先降低后升高的趋势;灰钙能改善磷石膏抹灰砂浆的抗流挂性,并影响缓凝剂的缓凝效果;当掺加灰钙时,宜使用凝结时间与掺量呈良好线性关系的缓凝剂。As a bulk industrial solid waste,phosphogypsum has always received widespread attention for its resource utilization.The workability and mechanical properties of phosphogypsum plaster added with different amounts of hydrated lime were studied.The results indicated that the water demand and coating rate of phosphogypsum plaster generally showed a tendency of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of hydrated lime.In contrary,the strength and water retention rate of phosphogypsum plaster were decreasing first and then increasing.Hydrated lime was able to improve the sagging resistance of phosphogypsum plaster,and influence the retarding effect of retarders.For phosphogypsum plaster containing hydrated lime,it is advisable to use a retarder with a good linear relationship between setting time and dosage.
