摘 要:研究了P·O 42.5水泥和可再分散乳胶粉掺量对陶瓷砖胶粘剂横向变形、拉伸粘结强度的影响。结果表明:陶瓷砖胶粘剂的横向变形随着P·O 42.5水泥掺量的提高先增加后减小,当P·O 42.5水泥掺量为30%时,陶瓷砖胶粘剂的横向变形最高,陶瓷砖胶粘剂柔韧性最佳;陶瓷砖胶粘剂中P·O 42.5水泥掺量为30%时,陶瓷砖胶粘剂的横向变形随着可再分散乳胶粉用量的提高而增加,当可再分散乳胶粉掺量为2.5%时,陶瓷砖胶粘剂达到C1S1级别。This paper studies the influence of the content of P·O 42.5 cement and redispersed emulsion powder on the transverse deformation and tensile bond strength of ceramic tile adhesive.The results show that the transverse deformation data of ceramic tile adhesive increases first and then decreases with the increase of P·O 42.5 cement content.When the P·O 42.5 cement content is 30%,the transverse deformation data of ceramic tile adhesive is the highest,and the flexibility of ceramic tile adhesive is the best.When the content of P·O 42.5 cement is 30%,the transverse deformation data of ceramic tile adhesive increases with the increase of the amount of redispersible emulsion powder.When the content of redispersible emulsion powder is 2.5%,the ceramic tile adhesive reaches C1S1 level.
