摘　　要：随着中国汽车产业的快速发展,特别是新能源汽车、智能汽车的崛起,以及汽车服务市场的日益成熟,高职院校汽车类专业面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。文章分析了当前高职院校汽车类专业的现状,认为高职院校汽车类专业在专业设置上已逐步适应市场需求,但在师资力量、实践条件、内容设置、就业面向等方面仍存在不足,应不断探索和创新发展策略,以适应市场需求的变化,培养出更多适应市场需求的高素质人才,为中国汽车产业的可持续发展提供有力的人才保障。With the rapid development of China's automobile industry,especially the rise of new energy vehicles and intelligent vehicles,as well as the increasing maturity of the automobile service market,the automotive major of higher vocational colleges is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the current situation of automotive majors in higher vocational colleges,and argues that the automotive majors in higher vocational colleges have gradually adapted to the market demand in terms of professional settings,but there are still deficiencies in terms of faculty,practical conditions,content settings,and employment orientations,and that we should continue to explore and innovate development strategies to adapt to the changes in market demand,cultivate more high-quality talents to meet market demand,and provide a strong talent guarantee for the sustainable development of China's automobile industry.
