摘 要:通过汽车后纵梁产品进行全工序CAE成形性分析,探寻提升高强板(抗拉强度≥590MPa)拉延部品尺寸合格率的方法。对部品各工序进行CAE分析,并评估各工序的回弹、起皱、翘曲、减薄率、边缘开裂的情况,同时,在对应工序进行CAE回弹补偿,将开模CAE精度提升至±0.5mm,通过进一步跟踪实物T0品的品质状况,评价此方法的有效性。结果表明,对高强板产品进行全工序CAE分析,并对工序数据进行回弹补偿,将开模CAE精度提升至±0.5mm后,可以大幅度提升T0品的合格率,并有效缩短开发周期。Through the CAE formability analysis of automobile rear longitudinal beam products,the method of improving the size qualification rate of drawing parts of high-strength plates(tensile strength≥590MPa)is explored.CAE analysis was carried out on each process of the parts,and the rebound,wrinkling,warpage,thinning rate,and edge cracking of each process were evaluated,and at the same time,the CAE rebound compensation was carried out in the corresponding process to improve the CAE accuracy of mold opening to±0.5mm,and the effectiveness of this method was evaluated by further tracking the quality status of the actual T0 product.The results show that the CAE analysis of the whole process of high-strength plate products and the springback compensation of process data can greatly improve the pass rate of T0 products and effectively shorten the development cycle after improving the CAE accuracy of mold opening to±0.5mm.
