贸易政策与产业政策协调对产业发展的影响:基于中国工业企业面板数据的实证

摘　　要：贸易政策与产业政策协同推进产业发展,是实现中国式现代化的重要举措。以重点产业支持政策、补贴政策为产业政策,外贸经营权政策为贸易政策,基于中国工业企业数据库的550960家企业数据实证解析了贸易和产业政策协调对产业发展的影响,结果表明:(1)两大政策协调影响产业发展存在显性的区域差异,且补贴政策与外贸经营权政策协调影响更明显;(2)资本密集型产业基本不受两大政策协调的影响而劳动密集型产业结果相反,重点产业支持政策和外贸经营权政策协调会显性影响资源和技术密集型产业发展。promoting industrial development by coordinating trade policy and industrial policy is an important measure to achieve Chinese-style modernization.Taking the key industrial support policy and the subsidy policy as industrial policies,and the foreign trade operation right policy as trade policy,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of coordinating these two policies on industrial development based on the data of 550,960 enterprises derived from China Industrial Enterprise Database.The results show that:(1)There are obvious regional differences in the impact of policies coordination on industrial development,and the impact of coordination of the subsidy policy and the foreign trade operation right policy is more obvious;(2)The capitalintensive industry is basically not affected by the coordination of these two policies,while the labor-intensive industry owns the opposite result.The coordination of the key industry support policy will significantly affect the development of the resourceintensive and the technology-intensive industries.
