摘　　要：本文利用猎聘大数据,分析了航空航天产业的发展现状、人才供需状况及人才培养策略。研究发现,航空航天产业正向高效、环保、智能化方向发展,全球及中国该产业市场规模持续增长。人才供需分析显示,航空航天专业技术人才需求增加,尤其在飞行器设计与制造等领域。文章还探讨了人才管理新模式、毕业生培养方式,并剖析了目前行业人才培养的难点。This article utilizes Liepin's big data to analyze the hisitory of the development of the aerospace industry,the supply and demand of talent,and talent cultivation strategies.This study finds that the aerospace industry is moving towards high efficiency,environmental protection,and intelligent development,with a continuous growth in market size both globally and in China.The analysis of talent supply and demand shows an increased demand for professional technical talents,especially in the field of aircraft design and manufacturing.The article also discusses new talent management models,training methods for graduates,and points out the existing problems in talent cultivation,offering suggestions for improvement.
