摘  要:目的:探讨在卓越医师培养背景下,案例式教学法在临床医学专业眼科学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取内蒙古医科大学临床医学专业160名本科学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组(n=80)和对照组(n=80)。试验组采用案例式教学法,对照组采用LBL教学法。通过调查问卷和考核成绩进行效果评价。结果:试验组学生满意度和考核成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:案例式教学法提升了学生对眼科学课程的满意度,并有助于其掌握专业理论知识和实践技能,在卓越医师培养计划中具有积极作用。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the case-based teaching method in ophthalmology education for clinical medicine under the excellence physician training program.Methods:160 undergraduate clinical medicine students from Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group(n=80)and a control group(n=80).The experimental group used the case-based teaching method,while the control group employed traditional LBL(Lecture-Based Learning)methods.The effectiveness was evaluated through surveys and assessment scores.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher satisfaction and assessment scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case-based teaching method enhances students'satisfaction with the ophthalmology course and helps them better grasp professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills,playing a positive role in the excellence physician training program.
