摘　　要：硫化促进剂TBBS是加速橡胶硫化速度、改善硫化胶结构和性能的物质,TBBS的质量会影响合成橡胶的产品质量。TBBS标准样品的研制使合成橡胶的性能评价结果具有可比性。为研制TBBS标准样品,选择国内三个生产厂家的TBBS及进口TBBS样品,测定其甲醇不溶物和熔点;用四种TBBS对BR9000、SBR1502、NBR3305三种橡胶进行混炼、硫化,并测定硫化胶的拉伸性能。根据三种硫化胶的拉伸性能数据、TBBS甲醇不溶物含量和熔点的测定结果,确定了促进剂TBBS标准样品研制的候选物。The vulcanization accelerator TBBS is a substance that accelerates the vulcanization rate of rubber and improves the structure and properties of vulcanized rubber.Its quality affects the product quality of synthetic rubber.The development of TBBS standard sample will make the results of performance evaluation for synthetic rubber comparable.For the develop of TBBS standard samples,we selected TBBS samples from three domestic manufacturers and imported,determined the methanol insoluble content and melting point,and tensile properties of vulcanized rubber by mixed and vulcanized BR9000,SB1502 and NBR3305.The candidate for the preparation of accelerator TBBS standard sample was determined,based on the results of tensile data of vulcanized rubber for BR9000,SBR1502 and NBR3305,methanol insoluble content and melting point of TBBS.
