分光光度法测定壁纸中甲醛含量的不确定度评定

摘　　要：依据GB 18585-2001《室内装饰装修材料壁纸中有害物质限量》,采用紫外-可见分光光度法对壁纸中甲醛含量进行检测,系统分析整个检测过程的不确定度来源,包括重复测定、实验中溶液的移取、标准工作溶液的配制、标准曲线的拟合和测定仪器等引入的不确定度,对各不确定度分量进行量化,提出了壁纸中甲醛释放量测量不确定度的评定方法。经实验结果分析,壁纸中甲醛含量测定的不确定度主要来源于样品重复测定和标准曲线的拟合。This article according to GB 18585-2001"Limits of hazardous Substances in wallpapers of interior decoration materials",using UV-visible spectrophotometry to detect the formaldehyde content in the wallpaper,and the source of uncertainty in the whole detection process was systematically analyzed.The uncertainty components were quantified,including repeated determination,pipetting of the solution during the experiment,preparation of standard working solution,fitting of standard curve and measuring instrument,and the evaluation method of formaldehyde emission measurement uncertainty in wallpaper was put forward.According to the experimental results,the uncertainty of the determination of formaldehyde content in wallpaper mainly comes from the repeated determination of the sample and the fitting of the standard curve.
