摘 要:为了改善建筑装饰用聚氨酯泡沫塑料的使用性能,采用玉米秸秆纤维添加至传统的聚氨酯泡沫复合材料中进行改性,基于压缩强度、拉伸强度、导热系数及耐老化等试验,分别对纤维聚氨酯泡沫复合材料的力学性能、保温性能及耐久性能展开系统研究。结果表明:随着秸秆纤维掺量的增大,聚氨酯泡沫塑料的压缩强度和拉伸强度均呈先增大后减小变化,而导热系数则呈先减小后增大变化;掺入适宜的秸秆纤维能够提升聚氨酯泡沫塑料的力学性能和保温性能,但纤维过量会对泡沫塑料的力学强度与保温性能有所削弱,建议秸秆纤维的最优掺量控制为8%;掺入秸秆纤维能够降低聚氨酯泡沫塑料老化速率,增强泡沫塑料的耐老化性能。In order to improve the performance of polyurethane foam for building decoration,corn straw fiber was added to the traditional polyurethane foam composite for modification.Based on the compression strength,tensile strength,thermal conductivity and aging resistance tests,the mechanical properties,thermal insulation performance and durability of fiber polyurethane foam composite were systematically studied.The results showed that with the increase of straw fiber content,the compression strength and tensile strength of polyurethane foam first increased and then decreased,while the thermal conductivity first decreased and then increased.Adding appropriate straw fiber can improve the mechanical properties and thermal insulation property of polyurethane foam,but excessive fiber will weaken the mechanical strength and thermal insulation property of the foam.It is suggested that the optimal amount of straw fiber should be 8%.Adding straw fiber can reduce the aging rate of polyurethane foam and enhance the aging resistance of polyfoam.
