摘 要:为研究有机蒙脱土(OMMT)与丁苯橡胶(SBR)复合改性沥青及混合料的路用性能,通过针入度、软化点和延度试验先后分析了复合改性沥青的高低温性能、储存稳定性和抗老化性能,并通过车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验分别研究复合改性沥青混合料的高低温和抗水损害性能。试验结果表明,OMMT可有效改善SBR改性沥青的黏稠度和高温稳定性、储存稳定性和抗老化性能,但低温性能有所降低;OMMT能够明显提高SBR改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性,对低温抗裂性产生不利影响,且综合各方面性能,建议OMMT用量控制在3%左右。In order to study the road performance of organic montmorillonite(OMMT)and styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)composite modified asphalt and mixture,the high and low temperature performance,storage stability and anti-aging performance of composite modified asphalt were analyzed through penetration,softening point and ductility tests,and the high and low temperature performance and water damage resistance of composite modified asphalt mixture were studied through rutting test,low temperature beam bending test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw split test.The test results show that OMMT can effectively improve the viscosity,high-temperature stability,storage stability and anti-aging performance of SBR modified asphalt,but the low-temperature performance is reduced;OMMT can significantly improve the high-temperature stability and water stability of SBR modified asphalt mixture,but is detrimental to the low-temperature crack resistance.Considering all aspects of performance,it is recommended to control the amount of OMMT at around 3%.
