摘　　要：人类和非人类哺乳动物的性别差异在疼痛感知、反应及治疗方面起着重要作用,然而许多疼痛研究仍未将性别作为重要变量给予足够重视。疼痛动物研究通常只使用雄性动物,而在人类研究中,涉及性别差异的疼痛研究则更少。世界范围内,长期以来关于女性身体和疾病的根深蒂固的性别偏见和文化,导致了女性疼痛被低估。疼痛领域中有害的性别偏见,如忽视女性的疼痛并期望女性隐忍,与其他边缘化相关的身份和社会地位等交织在一起,共同加剧了疼痛研究和疗护方面的不平等。女性疼痛,需要全社会和临床医生善待。Sex differences in humans and non-human mammals play an important role in pain perception,response,and treatment,yet many preclinical studies have not given enough attention to gender as an important variable.Pain studies typically use only male animals,and in human studies,there are fewer pain studies that involve sex differences;And long-ingrained gender biases and cultures about women′s bodies and diseases have led to the underestimation of female pain.Harmful gender biases in the field of pain,such as ignoring women′s pain and expecting women to tolerate it,are intertwined with other identities and social statuses associated with marginalization,and together exacerbate inequalities in pain research and care.Female pain needs to be treated well by the whole society and clinicians..
