摘　　要：慢性移植物抗宿主病(cGVHD)是异基因造血干细胞移植后常见且严重的并发症,严重影响患者的生存率和生活质量。近年来,随着新型靶向药物等新疗法的出现及临床研究的不断推进,cGVHD在诊断、预防、治疗等方面取得了显著进步。基于近年来cGVHD研究新进展及逐渐增多的循证医学证据,本共识在《慢性移植物抗宿主病(cGVHD)诊断与治疗中国专家共识(2021年版)》基础上进行了修订及更新,以更好地指导临床实践。Chronic graft-versus-host disease(cGVHD)is a common and severe complication following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,which significantly impacts patients'survival and quality of life.In recent years,notable progress has been made in the diagnosis,prevention,and treatment of cGVHD,driven by the emergence of novel therapies such as targeted drugs and the advancement of clinical research.This consensus,based on the latest developments in cGVHD research and growing data from evidence-based medicine,has been revised and updated from the"Chinese consensus on the diagnosis and management of chronic graft-versus-host disease(2021)"to better guide clinical practice.
