摘 要:针对行星轮系中剥落故障对啮合刚度及动力学特性的影响,采用能量法分析健康与剥落齿轮的时变啮合刚度,可知:随着剥落长度的增大,刚度显著下降。通过行星齿轮系统动力学模型仿真不同剥落故障程度齿轮的动力学振动响应,发现:剥落故障导致周期性冲击,幅值随剥落程度增大;在频谱中,故障频率及其倍频与边频成分明显。引入改进的时变滤波EEMD方法,有效识别故障特征频率,通过对比试验信号与仿真信号,验证了动力学模型与诊断方法的有效性。In view of the impact of spalling failure on meshing stiffness and dynamic characteristics in planetary gear systems,energy methods were applied to analyze the time-varying meshing stiffness of healthy and the spalled gears.As the spalling length increases,the stiffness decreases significantly.According to the planetary gear system dynamics model,the vibration response of different spalling failure gears was simulated.The results show that spalling failure induces periodic impacts,the amplitude increases as the spalling degree grows;in the spectrum,fault frequency,its multiple frequency and side frequency components become more pronounced.An improved time-varying filtered EEMD method was introduced,effectively identifying failure characteristic frequencies.By comparing experimental signals with simulation signals,the effectiveness of the dynamics model and diagnostic method is validated.
