摘 要:船舶长期处于高温、高湿、高盐的恶劣环境中时,电气绝缘问题防治一直是维护保养检修工作的重点难点。掌握排查方式方法,精确查明原因,科学有效处理电气绝缘故障,是保障电气设备正常运转和防止人身安全事故的重要基础。文章根据实际工作和现有电气设施,从装备、环境因素和人员管理3个方面的典型故障案例进行了分析,对船舶电气绝缘故障管理及改善方法作了总结归纳。Electric insulation has always been the key and difficult part of maintenance and overhaul work when ships are in harsh environments of high temperature,high timidity,and high salinity.In order to ensure the normal operation of electric equipment and avoid personal safety accidents,it is important to master the right trouble⁃shooting method,find out the reason precisely,and handle the electric insulation fault scientifically.Following the actual working situation and existing electric facility,this paper analyzed 3 aspects including equipment,environ⁃ment and personal management based on typical fault cases,and summarized the management and improvement methods for electric insulation faults of ships.
