摘　　要：文章主要介绍了修船门座机三维仿真防碰撞的方法,通过设备三维建模、位置数据传输到服务器进行防碰撞判定,给驾驶室反馈预警信息,辅助驾驶员作业,降低作业风险,提高安全性。该方法操作简单、可靠性强,能极大地提升现场吊运的安全性。This paper mainly introduced the 3D simulation anti-collision method for gantry cranes:through the 3D modeling of the equipment and transmitting the position data to the server for anti-collision judgment,it can feedback the early warning information to the cab to assist the driver′s operation,reduce the operation risk and im⁃prove the safety level.This method is easy to operate and strongly reliable,and can greatly enhance the safety of onsite lifting.
