摘 要:为克服传统薄板烘丝控制方法存在的温度阶跃响应曲线超调量较大、控制能力差等问题,笔者提出了一种基于组合迟滞调节PID算法的控制系统设计以及参数优化方法。该方法基于生产过程中的多输入多输出时间序列数据,利用灰色模型对薄板烘丝机的状态变量进行预测;在此基础上,以预测模型所得到的系统状态变量作为输入,设计针对各工艺参数的迟滞调节PID控制器,并组合形成控制系统;同时,采用混沌生物地理学优化(chaotic biogeography-based optimization,CBBO)算法对各控制器的参数进行优化。实验结果表明:所述灰色模型在预测薄板烘丝机状态时准确性较高,且预测误差较小,将薄板烘丝机排潮风温度控制的上升时间降低至38 s,排潮风温度能迅速调节至设定温度附近,且控制过程中的超调幅度更小、稳定时间更短。该组合迟滞调节PID算法能够实现对薄板烘丝机快速、低超调、高效率的运行控制,具有一定的实用性。In order to overcome the problems of large step response overshoot and poor control ability of temperature in traditional thin plate drying control process,a control system based on combined latency compensation PID algorithm and parameter optimization method were proposed.Based on multi-input and multi-output time series data of the production process,grey model was used to predict state variables of the rotary drying machine.Then system state variables obtained from the predictive model were used as inputs to design the latency compensation PID controller for each parameter,and the control system were combined to form.Meanwhile,chaotic biogeography-based optimization algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of sub controller.The experimental results show that the grey model has a higher accuracy and smaller prediction error in the state prediction of thin plate dryer.The rise time for controlling the exhaust air temperature of is as low as about 38 s,and the exhaust air temperature can be quickly adjusted to the set temperature.Moreover,the overshoot of the control process is smaller and the stability time is shorter.The proposed combined latency compensation PID controller can achieve fast,low overshoot,and high efficiency operation control of thin plate dryer,and has strong practicality.
