摘　　要：中国式现代化江苏新实践是中国式现代化创造创新的有机组成部分。全面推进中国式现代化江苏新实践必须坚持战略上的科学指引,中国式现代化理论体系为江苏现代化建设提供了根本理论指引。习近平总书记对江苏工作的重要指示,明确新时代江苏转型升级重点任务,擘画“强富美高”新江苏宏伟蓝图,指明江苏高质量发展重点方向,提出江苏走在前做示范的重大要求,为江苏现代化建设提供根本方向,其中蕴含着宏伟蓝图的目标指引、走在前做示范的路径指引和为全国发展探路的方法指引。江苏贯彻落实习近平总书记的科学指引,使中国式现代化江苏新实践彰显“中国特色和江苏特质”的辩证统一、“整体推进与重点突破”的协调统一、“发展速度与发展质量”的有机统一、“共建发展与共享富裕”的高度统一等实践特质。在进一步全面深化改革的新起点上,江苏要开拓进取,从创新驱动、协调发展、共同富裕、绿色低碳、双向开放、文明提升、深化改革等维度扎实推进现代化建设,着力打造中国式现代化省域范例。Jiangsu's new practice in Chinese-style modernization is an integral component of the innovation and creation in Chinese-style modernization.To comprehensively advance this new practice,it is essential to adhere to scientific strategic guidance.The theoretical system of Chinese-style modernization provides fundamental theoretical guidance for Jiangsu's modernization efforts.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions for Jiangsu's work clearly define the key tasks for the province's transformation and upgrading in the new era,outline the grand blueprint for a"strong,rich,beautiful,and high-quality"new Jiangsu,indicate the primary directions for high-quality development,assign three glorious missions to the province,and propose major requirements for Jiangsu to take the lead and set examples.These instructions provide fundamental direction for Jiangsu's modernization,encompassing goal-oriented guidance through the grand blueprint,path-oriented guidance to lead and exemplify,and methodological guidance to explore development for the entire nation.Jiangsu's implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's scientific guidance has resulted in practical characteristics that demonstrate the dialectical unity of"Chinese characteristics and Jiangsu qualities",the coordinated unity of"overall advancement and breakthroughs in key areas",the organic unity of"development speed and quality",and the high-level unity of"joint development and shared prosperity".At this new starting point of further comprehensive deepening of reforms,Jiangsu must forge ahead and solidly promote modernization from dimensions such as innovation-driven development,coordinated development,common prosperity,green and low-carbon practices,two-way opening up,cultural enhancement,and deepening reforms,striving to create a provincial model of Chinese-style modernization.
