摘 要:在建筑项目管理这一复杂而精细的领域中,准确的工程造价估算不仅是确保项目财务健康运行的基石,而且也是有效进行风险监控与科学决策的关键要素。然而,面对日益增长的工程复杂性与不确定性,传统的估算技术,如BP神经网络和灰色预测模型,虽在一定程度上发挥了作用,却常因数据处理能力的局限性和模型泛化能力的不足,难以全面、精准地应对现代工程项目的挑战。鉴于此,文章引入了BIM技术,构建了一个基于BIM的优化工程造价估算模型,该模型融合了大数据分析与信息挖掘技术。实验结果证明,相较于传统估算方法,该模型不仅在估算效率上实现了增长,而且估算精确度更是显著提升,有效增强了工程造价估算的抗干扰能力,为工程项目管理提供了更加坚实的数据支撑与决策依据,从而助力项目成功实施与成本控制目标的顺利达成。In the intricate and meticulous field of construction project management,accurate project cost estimation serves as not only the cornerstone for ensuring the financial health of projects but also a crucial factor for effective risk monitoring and scientific decision-making.However,faced with the ever-increasing complexity and uncertainty of engineering projects,traditional estimation techniques,such as BP neural networks and grey prediction models,while having played a role to some extent,often struggle to comprehensively and precisely address the challenges posed by modern engineering projects due to limitations in data processing capabilities and insufficient model generalization abilities.In light of this,the article introduces BIM technology and proposes an optimized project cost estimation model based on BIM.This model integrates big data analysis and information mining techniques.Experimental results demonstrate that compared to traditional estimation methods,this model not only achieves an increase in estimation efficiency but also exhibits a significant improvement in estimation accuracy,effectively enhancing the anti-interference capability of project cost estimation.It provides a more solid data support and decision-making basis for construction project management,thereby facilitating the successful implementation of projects and the smooth achievement of cost control objectives.
