浅谈园林绿化工程计价问题

摘　　要：随着城市化的不断发展,人居环境改善逐渐成为政府的重要工作之一,园林绿化工程作为提升城市形象和改善人居环境的重要内容逐渐成为行业热点。与普通的房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程相比,园林绿化工程因其涉及植物学、生态学、风景园林学等多学科交叉而具有其独有的特点,绿化工程施工具有一定的复杂性和特殊性,由此给园林绿化工程的工程计价带来一些突出问题,并经常引起争议,严重时甚至会引发诉讼等法律问题。文章就园林绿化工程的计价问题,从园林绿化工程的施工特点出发,具体分析了影响园林绿化工程计价的主要因素,包括计价标准和计价规则、土方工程、植物苗木成本、工程变更等,结合具体工程计价案例,从完善造价管理流程、建立企业定额库、重视合同变更等方面展开讨论,通过深入论证分析尝试提出改进园林绿化工程计价工作的建议。Along with the continuous advancement of urbanization,the improvement of the human settlement environment has gradually emerged as one of the significant tasks of the government.Landscape greening projects,as an essential aspect for enhancing the urban image and ameliorating the human settlement environment,have gradually become a hot topic in the industry.Compared with ordinary housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects,landscape greening projects possess distinctive characteristics due to their interdisciplinary nature involving botany,ecology,and landscape architecture.The pricing issue of such projects also presents particularities.The interdisciplinary nature of landscape greening further adds to the complexity of greening projects,leading to prominent problems in the engineering pricing,which frequently give rise to disputes and,in severe cases,even trigger legal issues such as lawsuits.This paper focuses on the pricing of landscape greening projects,commencing from the construction characteristics of landscape greening projects.It conducts a concrete analysis of the main factors influencing the pricing of landscape greening projects,mainly encompassing:pricing standards and rules,earthwork,the cost of plant seedlings,project alterations,etc.In combination with specific engineering pricing cases,the discussion unfolds from aspects such as perfecting the cost management process,establishing enterprise quota libraries,and attaching importance to contract alterations.Through the demonstration and analysis of specific cases,an attempt is made to propose some suggestions for enhancing the pricing level of landscape greening projects.
