摘　　要：教育培训中心作为经营实体,其盈利能力和经济效益至关重要。通过EPC模式下的成本控制与优化,可以直接降低项目在工程建设、物资采购、施工等各个环节的成本,从而增加利润空间,提升整体经济效益。因此,为提升教育培训中心的市场竞争力,文章深入探讨了EPC模式在成本控制与优化方面的实际成效。首先,对教育设施建设领域所面临的特殊成本控制问题进行了系统的梳理,明确了成本控制的重要性和紧迫性;其次,采用数据收集与深度分析相结合的策略,辅以比较研究法,全面评估EPC模式的实际应用效果;最后,进一步阐述通过EPC模式实现成本控制的具体措施和取得的成果。研究表明,EPC模式通过整合管理责任,有效减少了项目过程中的返工和变更次数,实现了预算目标。这一成果为教育设施建设项目的成本控制与优化提供新的思路和方法,具有实践参考价值。As an operating entity,the profitability and economic benefits of education and training centers are crucial.Through cost control and optimization in EPC mode,the project's costs in various aspects such as engineering construction,material procurement,and construction can be directly reduced,thereby increasing profit margins and improving overall economic benefits.Therefore,in order to enhance the market competitiveness of education and training centers,the actual effectiveness of the EPC model in cost control and optimization was deeply explored.Firstly,a systematic review was conducted on the special cost control issues faced in the field of educational facility construction,clarifying the importance and urgency of cost control.And adopt a strategy combining data collection and in-depth analysis,supplemented by comparative research method,to comprehensively evaluate the practical application effect of EPC mode.Therefore,specific measures and significant achievements of cost control achieved through EPC mode can be further elaborated.Research has shown that the EPC model effectively reduces the number of rework and changes during the project process by integrating management responsibilities,achieving budget goals.This research achievement not only provides new ideas and methods for cost control and optimization of educational facility construction projects,but also has practical value.
