摘 要:针对智能化矿山多业务子系统海量异构数据概念不统一、数据关系混淆不清、数据重复存储且数据不一致现象普遍存在、各业务系统间相互调用耦合度较高等难题,提出了煤矿元数据描述规范,形成了煤矿安全生产类核心数据元和数据对象模型集合;构建了基于MongoDB面向对象数据库、Redis内存数据库、MySQL关系数据库、PostGIS空间数据库、HBase大数据及文件存储相结合的分布式数据存储中心;通过数据采集与交互服务、数据解析与存储服务,实现了多业务子系统数据的统一采集、解析、存储和基于Web API的数据共享交互,建成了为智能化矿山各类信息系统提供数据服务的数据中台系统。现场工业性试验表明:数据中台的采集入库效率符合行业规范,数据查询响应速度快,满足智能化矿山数据交互需求。In order to solve the problems of inconsistent concept of massive heterogeneous data,confusing and unclear data relationship,repeated data storage and data inconsistency,and high degree of coupling between various business systems,the description specification of coal mine metadata is proposed,and the core data unit and data object model set of coal mine safety production are formed.A distributed data storage center is built based on MongoDB object-oriented database,Redis memory database,MySQL relational database,PostGIS spatial database,HBase big data and file storage;through data collection and interaction services,data analysis and storage services,the unified data collection,analysis and storage of multi-business subsystems and data sharing and interaction based on Web API are realized,and a data center system providing data services for various types of intelligent mine information systems is built.The field industrial test shows that the collection and storage efficiency of the data center is in line with the industry standard,and the response speed of data query is fast,which can meet the requirements of intelligent mine data interaction.
