改革开放以来政法文化创新的传统资源、实践向度与发展方向——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：政法文化作为一种马克思主义法律文化,最基本的特点就是党的领导。改革开放以来,湖南省委积极领导有关部门开展政法文化工作,有力维护社会安全稳定、促进社会包容和谐。湖南政法文化建设具有深厚的传统资源优势,其创新之处具体体现在全面依法治省、刑事和解制度、行政程序立法和行政审判庭等方面。新时代湖南政法文化的发展方向,需要创建具有鲜明湖湘特色的、多元包容的、符合“双创”的、融入社会主义核心价值观的政法文化。Political and legal culture,as a Marxist legal culture,the most basic feature of which is the leadership of the Party.Since the reform and opening up,Hunan Provincial Party Committee has actively led relevant departments to carry out political and legal culture work,effectively maintain social security and stability and promote social inclusiveness and harmony.The construction of Hunan s political and legal culture has profound traditional resource advantages,and the innovations are embodied in the aspects of comprehensive governing of the province according to law,criminal reconciliation system,administrative procedure legislation and administrative trial court.The development direction of Hunan s political and legal culture in the new era requires to create a political and legal culture with distinctive Hunan characteristics,which is diverse and inclusive,in line with innovation and entrepreneurship and integrated with socialist core values.
