摘　　要：目的探讨产后女性压力性尿失禁治疗中盆底肌康复训练的效果。方法回顾性选取2020年2月至2023年2月本院产后女性压力性尿失禁患者100例,依据治疗方法分为研究组和对照组各50例,研究组采用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练,对照组采用生物反馈电刺激。统计分析两组尿失禁程度、尿失禁情况、盆底肌力、排尿情况、尿失禁恢复情况、生活质量、临床疗效。结果研究组患者的尿失禁程度0级、1级比例均高于对照组,2级、3级、4级比例均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产后女性压力性尿失禁治疗中盆底肌康复训练的效果较好。Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training in the treatment of postpartum female stress urinary incontinence.Methods A retrospective selection of 100 postpartum women with stress urinary incontinence from February 2020 to February 2023 in our hospital was conducted,divided into a study group and a control group,each with 50 cases.The study group used biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvicfloor muscle rehabilitation training,while the control group used biofeedback electrical stimulation.Statistical analysis of the degree of urinary incontinence,urinary incontinence condition,pelvic floor muscle strength,urination condition,recovery of urinary incontinence,quality of life,and clinical efficacy in both groups was performed.Results The proportion of patients with grade 0 and 1 urinary incontinence in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the proportions of grades 2,3,and 4 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pelvicfloor muscle rehabilitation training is effective in women postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
