多维化个体护理模式对老年冠心病患者生活质量及不良事件的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在针对老年冠心病患者的护理中采用多维化个体护理模式对于患者生活质量、不良事件的影响。方法抽集2021年1月至2023年5月于我院就冠心病寻求医疗措施的老年冠心病患者一共100例作为本次对照研究的所有观察对象;按照护理干预模式的不同将患者分为观察组、对照组(每组50例);对照组接受常规护理,而观察组接受多维化个体护理;统计、对比两组患者生活质量评分、风险事件发生率、心功能指标。结果观察组患者生理机能、生理职能、全身健康、活力评分、社会交往状态、精神健康状态、全身改善情况评分均高于对照组,疼痛程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者风险事件发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)均低于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多维化个体护理模式具备安全性,可改善老年冠心病患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of multi-dimensional individual nursing model on the quality of life and adverse events of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with CHD who sought medical treatment for CHD in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as all the observation objects of this control study,Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing intervention modes(50 cases each group).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received multi-dimensional individual nursing.The quality of life scores,incidence of risk events and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The physiological function,physiological function,body health,vitality score,social interaction status,mental health status and body improvement score in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the pain degree score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)of observation group were lower than those of control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-dimensional individual nursing model has good application value.
