手术室细节护理在手术患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析手术室细节护理在手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法对某院2022年2月至2024年1月收治的158例手术患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组79例。对照组给予手术室常规护理,观察组给予手术室细节护理。比较两组护理7 d后的护理质量评分、护理安全评分、住院期间并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果护理7 d后,观察组患者对护理人员的服务态度、安全管理、风险意识及器械准备的评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组对风险防范、并发症护理、及时改进护理不足以及护理纠纷处理的评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);住院期间观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理7 d后观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中,细节护理不仅能够有效提升护理质量、护理安全,还能降低并发症发生率,促进患者术后康复,从而有利于提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of detailed nursing in the operating room in the care of surgical patients.Methods A study was conducted on 158 surgical patients admitted to a certain hospital from February 2022 to January 2024.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 79 patients in each group.The control group received routine care in the operating room,while the observation group received detailed care in the operating room.Compare the nursing quality score,nursing safety score,incidence of complications during hospitalization,and nursing satisfaction between two groups after 7 days of nursing care.Results After 7 days of nursing,the observation group patients scored higher than the control group in terms of the service attitude,safety management,risk awareness,and equipment preparation of the nursing staff(all P<0.05).The observation group scored higher than the control group in terms of risk prevention,complication care,timely improvement of nursing deficiencies,and handling of nursing disputes(all P<0.05).During hospitalization,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than the control group's(P<0.05).After 7 days of nursing,the observation group had a nursing satisfaction rate was higher than the control group's(P<0.05).Conclusions In operating room nursing,detail care can not only effectively improve nursing quality and safety,but also reduce the incidence of complications,promote postoperative recovery of patients,and thus improve patient satisfaction.
