摘　　要：目的分析我院2020年门诊患儿盐酸哌甲酯缓释片的使用情况,评价该药物使用的合理性。方法采用回顾性分析我院门诊药房2020年1月至2020年12月盐酸哌甲酯缓释片的处方,分析统计处方的年龄、性别、用药频率及天数等数据;利用限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)评估处方合理性。结果本院盐酸哌甲酯缓释片处方男女比例24∶1;7~10岁患者最多,占总处方数比例70%。盐酸哌甲酯缓释片的DUI为0.62<1。结论我院盐酸哌甲酯缓释片的使用基本合理,但处方质量需要进一步提高,以保障临床用药的安全性和合理性。Objective To explore the use of methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release tablets in outpatient children in 2020 and evaluate the rationality.Methods We conducted a retrospective study of the prescriptions of methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release tablets from January to December 2020 in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital.The data of age,sex,medication frequency and days were analyzed.The rationality of its use was evaluated by analyzing the defined daily dose(DDD)and drug utilization index(DUI).Results The male-to-female ratio of prescriptions for methylphenidate extended-release hydrochloride tablets in our hospital was 24:1.The largest number of children aged 7-10 years old,accounting for 70%.The DUI of methylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release tablets is 0.62.Conclusions The use of methylphenidate extended-release tablets in our hospital is reasonable.Still,the quality of prescriptions needs to be further improved to ensure the safety and rationality of clinical medication.
