摘　　要：目的基于处方点评模式评价医院心血管类药物的使用合理性。方法随机抽取2022年1月至2023年12月福清市城头镇卫生院开具的720张心血管类药物处方。依据相关标准,对处方中心血管类药物的使用合理性进行人工点评,统计药物使用合理率,分析不合理处方。结果经处方点评,694张处方心血管药物使用合理,合理率96.39%。心血管药物使用不合理处方26张,不合理问题包括联合用药不适宜、用法用量不当、违反禁忌证用药、药物选择不当、溶媒不当、重复用药。结论福清市城头镇卫生院心血管类药物的临床使用基本合理,但仍有个别不足,有待进一步加强心血管类药物临床使用的监督与管理,以切实提高用药质量,保证药物疗效及安全。Objective Evaluation of the rationality of using cardiovascular drugs in hospitals based on prescription review mode using intramedullary nails.Methods Randomly select 720 prescriptions of cardiovascular drugs issued by the Chengtou Town Health Center in Fuqing City from January 2022 to December 2023.According to relevant standards,manually evaluate the rationality of the use of vascular drugs in the prescription center,calculate the rationality rate of drug use,and analyze unreasonable prescriptions.Results After prescription review,694 prescriptions showed reasonable use of cardiovascular drugs,with a reasonable rate of 96.39%.26 prescriptions for unreasonable use of cardiovascular drugs,including inappropriate combination therapy,inappropriate dosage and administration,contraindications,inappropriate drug selection,inappropriate solvent,and repeated use.Conclusions The clinical use of cardiovascular drugs in the Chengtou Town Health Center of Fuqing City is basically reasonable,but there are still some shortcomings that need to be further strengthened in the supervision and management of clinical use of cardiovascular drugs,in order to effectively improve the quality of medication,ensure drug efficacy and safety.
